Felipe Martinez
President
Felipe Martinez, a senior from Commerce, MI, is pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management with minors in Computer Science and Sustainability. He previously served as the Vice President of Recruitment and Training, where he focused on consultant development and client relations. Felipe has gained valuable experience through positions at Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Associate, Energy Innovation Capital as a VC Analyst, and Rocket Mortgage in Technology Operations. His involvement with 180 Degrees Consulting has allowed him to broaden his expertise across various sectors, including fintech and non-profits.
Rayna Rajkumar
Vice president
Rayna is a senior from Grayslake, IL, studying Supply Chain with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Previously serving as the Vice President of Operations, she believes her experience has prepared her to create an even greater impact in the role of Vice President. In the summer of ‘23 she was a Supply Chain Consultant Intern for Genpact, and this past summer she was a Sourcing Intern at Grainger. Rayna is the VP of Finance for Women in entrepreneurship and is the manager for the Student-Made Store. Rayna loves the memories and friendship 180DC has given her! The people of 180DC have always supported Rayna and pushed her to be the best she could possibly be, professionally and personally!
Sahib Sekhon
Vice President of External Relations
Sahib is a junior from Plymouth, MI, studying Finance. He has previously served as a Consultant and believes his experience has prepared him to create an even greater impact in his role. In the summer of ‘23, he was an Investment Banking Intern at Donnelly Penman Partners, and this coming summer, he will be an Incoming Intern at Alvarez & Marsal. Sahib is passionate about basketball and films. Through his involvement with 180DC, he discovered a love for consulting, finding the challenge of solving complex problems both rewarding and inspiring. This experience has shaped his career aspirations and deepened his commitment to the field.
Dakarai Young
Vice President of Recruitment & Training
Dakarai Young is a senior from Ann Arbor, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Managment. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation in his field through internships at prestigious companies such as EY, Dell Technologies, Techsmith, and Google. These experiences have honed his skills and given him a deep understanding of the professional world. Alongside his career development, Dakarai is an active member of Phi Gamma Nu and he also serves as a Peer Mentor for the residential business community, guiding younger students through their academic and professional journeys. What Dakarai loves most about 180 DC is the sense of community it provides. The close friendships and lifelong mentorships he has formed within the organization have been invaluable.
Ateendra Gosh
Vice President of Marketing & Events
Ateendra is a senior from Ann Arbor, MI, studying Supply Chain Management. He has been involved in 180 DC since his Freshman Fall, holding roles such as Consultant and Project Manager, and now serving as VP of Marketing and Events. Over the summers, Ateendra gained valuable experience interning at Bosch (Summer 2022), Abbott (Summer 2023), and Crowe (Summer 2024). Outside of his professional life, he enjoys soccer, listening to music, and spending time with friends. Ateendra is passionate about 180 DC because of the supportive, family-like environment and the growth he has witnessed within the organization. He is driven by the desire to help members of 180 DC improve by working on their weaknesses and turning them into strengths, believing in the power of accountability and continuous self-improvement.
Deeya Patel
Vice President of Operations
Deeya is a senior from Canton,MI. She is studying Finance with a minor in Computational Mathematics, she was a BA in spring of ‘22. Last summer she was at NITS Solutions as a Marketing Intern and this past summer she worked at Dell Technologies as a CFO Intern. She is also the president of Women in Finance and is a member of the Coalition of Indian Undergraduate Students. Deeya loves to do 180 because of the people and opportunities it has presented her. Not only did it help her professional network, but she also got to meet some cool and motivated individuals. Further, she finds the impact we have as consultants on 180DC to be immense, not only for our clients but for our breadth of knowledge. As a member of E-board she hopes to give back to the organization that helped kick start her journey at Broad.
